A simple switch.
Add your new card first, then delete the old one.
- Add your new UB1UB2 card to your Wallet.
- Open your Wallet and find the card with New beside its title. Check your name and expiry.
- New disappears three days after a new card is first added. Keep this card. If you cannot tell the cards apart, keep both and contact us before deleting either.
Need to add it again? Return here and sign in with your membership email. You won't lose your membership if you remove a card from your phone.
Keep using your existing card if the new one has not appeared. Signing in does not change your payment or renewal.
